As Project Managers for the owner-developer, Stanbury lead a project team design charette resulting in saving over $600,000 in scope with an alternative strategy to the structural design. The project involved extensive structural steel, brick and cast-iron window refurbishment with the addition of an elevator and exit stair to the North end of the heritage building.
